Molecular Imaging, Inc. has added the Attune™ NxT Flow Cytometer to its In Vitro Services

In Vitro Services at Molecular Imaging, Inc. takes Immuno-Oncology research to the next level by adding the Attune™ NxT Flow Cytometer to its instrumentation.  Fully upgraded with four lasers, 16 detection parameters, and the Attune™ NxT Autosampler, the NxT combines expanded multiparametric immunophenotyping together with high throughput data acquisition.

The NxT system enables the identification and in depth functional characterization of multiple cell populations in a single heterogeneous sample.  Furthermore, high throughput capabilities allow rapid and automated acquisition of large sample sizes to accommodate the growing complexity of our client’s preclinical studies.

Attune NxT Highlights:

  • Upgraded optics facilitates complex immunophenotyping strategies by interrogating
    up to 14 distinct cell markers simultaneously
  • Identification of rare cell types that represent <1% of total cells
  • 10X faster speeds:  Detects up to 35,000 events (cells)/second without compromising data
