Responsibilities

  • The recruiting assistant will be responsible for aiding the company’s recruiting efforts by performing the following tasks
    • Post job openings
    • Target profiles to build pipeline of candidates
    • Track, review, respond to and triage applicants
    • Conduct screening interviews
    • Coordinate on-site interviews
  • Requires regular coordination and communication with hiring managers on all open positions
  • May assist with onboarding and offboarding or termination activities as needed
  • May assist with creating new job descriptions and updates to current descriptions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    • An Associates degree plus a minimum of 2 years office administration or human resources experience
  • OTHER:
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and document management skills required
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
